Accession number 77-32.1.5. A thermocautery in a black leatherette case. The purple velvet-lined case measures 17.5 x 13 x 9.5 cm and contains: 1) thermo tank with red rubber tubing, 2) wood cautery handle, 3) two cautery tips, and 4) a short extension, 6.5 cm in length. The case is in good condition, but the set is missing one cautery tip. The rubber tubing has hardened. The instrument was donated by R.W. Isaac, M.D., in February 1958.
